Implement Customized Employment procedures in developing productive and meaningful internship opportunities.

Develop and implement general and individualized tools (job analyses, task analyses, checklists, etc.).

Develop necessary natural supports and other workplace accommodations to ensure success for people on caseload.

Communicate with intern supervisor and assist intern to resolve any grievances, or ongoing internship concerns.

Clearly communicate the person’s progress with family, while also helping to work through any specific concerns or issues.

Must possess an excellent performance ethic and be a strong team player.
