Requirements for references, experiences (Qualifications/Technical Skills/Experience):

Manage Quality Documents and Records on a daily and weekly basis as required.

Organisational skills and ability to use initiative and prioritise workload.

Verifiable experience in similar positions (Previous experience as assistance for construction work in the field).

Computer skills working with Microsoft Office package.

Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Skill, experience & comfort with having &/or reading about the role of intersectional identities, personal histories & experiences with sexual health.

Demonstrable commitment and abilities related to DEI issues in university classrooms.

At least two terms teaching, grading, or tutoring experience.

Experience within the field of Sexual Health as an advocate, volunteer, instructor, etc.

This position offers a flexible work arrangement as a hybrid position.

Earned Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Manage actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather or emergencies on the jobsites.

Experienced in both private and DOT projects, Agtek Earthwork estimating software, Microsoft Project scheduling software and Excel

5+ years extensive knowledge in estimating Grading and Storm Utility work

Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills

Driving record must meet company requirements and must have reliable transportation

Must have extensive earthwork and utility experience

Keep company work site clean and orderly, informing management of any safety concerns.

0 - 1 Year of equipment operation experience.

Experience operating one or more pieces of earth moving equipment ( dozer, grader, etc…).

Follow direction of grading foreman or designated supervisor.

Provide labor support to site superintendents, equipment operators, utilities crews or other designated site development personnel.

Use of various hand tools including shovel, rake or other tools used to move materials.

Must be flexible and willing to change responsibilities within the department

Basic knowledge of gemstones and pearls

Ensure packets are progressed out of QA and Grading locations in a timely manner by querying the locations in JDE.

Ability to work in detail with accuracy

Ability to think strategically and independently

Willing to work overtime as needed
