Experience with general operational/plant HSE legislative requirements, and HSE management systems (ISO 14000/18000; RC).

Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation and the HSE Management System and drive improvement

Director of Global Supply Chain

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or finance or business

Experience with strategic sourcing, transaction management and supplier management.

Manage planning and execute a global supply chain strategy – including launch into new regions/countries

Experience in strategic sourcing approaches

Experience in made to order equipment or machinery assembly operations a big plus.

Identify the weaknesses, put new processes in place to effect change.

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related field

Ability to manage 2+ projects with different supply chain requirements.

1-5 years of experience working in supply chain (highly desirable to come from pharmaceutical supply chain background)

Pharmaceutical background or experience working in a highly regulated industry.

Global Supply chain experience vs. just US based.

Oversight and management of cylinder asset bar code tracking system.

Will consider experience in lieu of education.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (supply chain / procurement).

Advanced computer skills including an understanding of purchasing & inventory systems, data warehousing, and asset systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
