Has extensive experience in Destination Management specifically working within the sports industry, sports logistics and high-end incentive businesses

Has proven leadership and social skills and the ability to coordinate and manage operations for multiple stakeholders

Manage operations for a variety of sports across the US

Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring profitability and exceptional levels of service

Has a proven track record of working closely with sports teams to manage and coordinate tours and events

Possesses excellent local knowledge (Hospitality & Destination) and a good network of contacts

5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a 3PL management role.

Experience with logistics management software is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Manage the logistics budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary limits.

Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and logistics processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
