Manage the relationships with our 3PLs, 3rd party warehouse & hub, truck company, including weekly and monthly reviews and day-to-day escalations.

Pay: $149,600.00 min - $209,500.00 max annually, plus, bonus & RSU offered.

Seeking, planning and execution of all fulfillment & logistics operations, including preparing for peak.

3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or other related field

Strong technical skills and experience with ERP software required

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools

Work experience in a startup environment strongly preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills, and high attention to details

Salary dependent on experiencestarting at $70k

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.

Exceptional project and system management skills.

Onboard carriers with required service levels to meet globally delivery requirements, manage active carrier network to KPIs

Manage short term and long-term capacity planning of Tesla assets and resources to drive overall logistics optimizations.

Manage day to day escalations root cause and corrective actions with the teams

Work closely with DOT Compliance teams to ensure Tesla CDL drivers meet requirements
