4-year Business or Technical degree with 2 years’ experience. Greater experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Manage the data collection and correction and clean-up as a part of company s JDE upgrade.

Lean 6 Sigma with working knowledge of Kanban methodologies.

Develop shipment planning processes that begin at the time the order is placed.

Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality.

Develop and maintain working relationships with cross functional teams of product management, sales, pricing, customer service, marketing, operations and finance

Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning reviews with sites, program management, sales, and senior/executive leadership

Lead projects that require application of knowledge and business experience to improve processes

Ideally several years of Supply Chain experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

Advanced skills using of MS Office Suite applications

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Project / Program Management capabilities and leadership skills / Lean background.

5-7 years of people management experience.

5+ years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, Sales Planning, or Finance.

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large sets of data.

Develops the optimization of forecasting and demand planning process to meet and exceed internal and external customer requirements.

Facilitates the monthly reviews with Finance and drives the reconciliation process between operating plan and budget.

Minimum of ten (10) years of proven, progressively accountable leadership experience in operations and materials management

Fifteen (15) years of proven, progressively accountable leadership experience in operations and materials management in the automotive industry.

Strong managerial and leadership skills along with strong materials functional understanding

MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar field from an accredited university.

Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and materials process fundamentals

Experience as an active change agent who is willing to take an appropriate amount of risk
