Prepare menu items on Roasting ovens, and Grills

Review menus prior to preparation of food

Communicates with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure the guests' experience meets concept/company standards

Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Set tables with appropriate silverware, glass and china; maintain neat and clean work station during service

Seats guests and presents the menu and any specials seats according to company standards

Oversees the delivery and servicing of food and beverages

Performs the tasks of the cashier and/or bus person as required including cashing out guests checks to speed up service

Having a thorough knowledge of all menu and related items to include wine service

Greeting all guests in a friendly, efficient and timely manner

Having the ability to master and fully utilize the Point of Sale service system

Assisting all staff member sin operation of the dining room; and accomplishing other duties as required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must present a clean and professional image.

Have a minimum of 1 year full service management experience

Be able to work nights, weekends and long shifts

Have a passion for the restaurant industry

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
