2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience
Experience in utilizing HRIS and other people management systems
Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (e.g. performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development
Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred

This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other HR related activities. The HR Generalist Bilingual Vietnamese must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese and have a strong understanding of both cultures.
