Overview General Manager (GM) is a senior-level executive responsible for the overall operations of a business or organization. The GM is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies to ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives. The GM is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The GM is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The GM is also responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management role
