Establish efficient classroom management procedures.

Present subject matter according to guidelines established by Texas Education Agency, Board of Trustee policies, and administrative regulations.

Share the responsibility of interpreting the educational programs to the community through such activities as open house and PTA meetings.

Demonstrated general knowledge of curriculum and instruction.

Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.

Support a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion

Responsible for authoring, reviewing, and/or approving GMP documents including but not limited to SOPs, Batch Records, Protocols, Reports, and Validation documents

Coordinate with Production Leads to ensure the production team receives complete cGMP training and are qualified to perform the required operations

Interview and hire production staff in conjunction with Production Leads and/or Head of Production

Implement and maintain cost control programs and continuous improvement projects

Audit and review emergency paperwork and processes to ensure compliance

Participates in moving/securing audio-visual and other equipment within the facility as authorized by Facilities Manager, site administrator, and/or Area Supervisor.

Knowledge of principles, materials, and methods of custodial work.

Knowledge of various types of floor surfaces and coverings, as well as their appropriate cleaning, polishing, and protective agents.

Knowledge of safe and efficient operation of low-pressure and other heating equipment, ventilating and air conditioning systems, and other building equipment.

Knowledge of electrical systems in facility and grounds operation.

Knowledge of fire and safety ordinances and regulations affecting facilities.

Your Fast-food General Manager background and abilities should include the following:

At least two years of fast-food GM experience and a minimum of 5 years of quick-serve restaurant supervisory experience

Computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office)

Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.

Must possess highly developed communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guest(s), and/or corporate clients.

A four-year college degree or interaction education/experience

Manage the human resources within the division.

Must possess excellent comprehension and hearing skills due to telephone and face-to-face interaction with guests, corporate office and associates.

Must have excellent vision for administrative responsibilities (i.e., forecast, purchase orders, budget review and invoice approval).

Coordinates with managers regarding requests for leaves of absence and administrative policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

4 to 6 years of Human Resources experience preferred.

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in word, excel, and HRIS systems.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Builds strong partnerships between Human Resources and the business to foster a positive and fulfilling work environment.

Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.

Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.

Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.

Builds, develops and leads a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.

In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and assists in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.

Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs/capabilities.
