Be able to perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.

Follow up on new customer leads.

Promote, sell and increase business with existing clients.

Conduct daily sales calls and schedule appointments.

Provide customers with effective information on Bonick Landscaping products and services.

Assess customer needs and interests; recommend solutions and services to meet those needs.

Escalate incoming Customer Service inquiries (Fan Text, Email, and Phone) to designated Guest Experience representative.

Work closely with the Guest Experience Ambassador team to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with Ambassador duties as needed.

Experience working in customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Experience working as a dispatcher and/or in a security operations environment is a plus.

Must be a positive individual who will always Think Guest and work hard to ensure unforgettable experiences.

Monitor radio communication and log all incidents as they are called into Security Operations.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required.

Minimum of 3 -5 years’ of leadership experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in an arena environment.

Manage labor relations, may oversee contract management, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred.

Strong managerial skills required; demonstrated initiative, leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations and experience managing labor relations.

Direct site energy management to ensure we are being proactive in energy usage.

Assist in the management and maintenance sustainability programs and document.

Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement

Manage our Safety Training Program. Ensure compliance for all full and part-time DNC hourly union employees.

At least five years' experience as a supervisor managing a team.

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and patching, machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties.

Must obtain Food Handlers Certification prior to beginning work

Ability to communicate effectively with Managers, Kitchen staff, and dining room personnel

Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware

Load, run and unload the dish machine

Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately

Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle

Salary based on experience & qualifications. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Manage, communicate and direct seasonal retail employees

January-March: 30-40 hours per week (must work entire week of Valentines Day)

April-Mid June 40-50+ hours per week (must work entire week of Mother’s Day)

Mid June-November: 40 hours per week

November-December: 40-50+ hours per week
