Strong analytical skills to examine data, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage budgets and forecasts.

Leveraging software solutions and demonstrating a natural ability to set up and manage new systems.

Job Title: Project Manager-II(Program Manager, Functional -Non-IT)

Location – Remote-no time zone preference

Project manager/Program Manager+ GTM/Marketing/Sales+Product/Market Launch

(Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location)

Will work on Marketing team.

Someone who can work with Global team.

Direct experience in Part 5, 8, 9 and 11 of ISO 26262. Additional experience in Part 6 is a benefit.

Experience in generation of safety work products such as: D-FMEA, FMEDA, DFA, FTA, and development of safety requirements

Experience using EDA Tools such as functional verification, synthesis, and DFT is a benefit.

Experience using EDA Tools that focus on Functional Safety is a benefit.

Ability to interact with customers at a project management level (communicate status, issues, risks, etc.)

Provide technical leadership and manage senior technical team delivering consulting services covering a broad range of applications and world-wide geography

Competence management (e.g., training, education, qualifications)

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Proficient in Jama requirements management

Must be well-organized, able to handle multiple, detailed tasks, and work professionally with various levels of management

Tailoring of the safety lifecycle (adaptation of the safety lifecycle phases in accordance with responsibilities)

Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or related engineering field required with 7 years of engineering experience

•At least five (5) years of experience in software development/software implementation project management.

•Change Management and Help Desk Support experience.

•Master’s degree or project management certification.

•Experience as a Product Owner.

· Demonstrated experience in integrating Change Management and Project Management into project planning and execution.

· Define, advise, and promote strategic project management direction and transformation in partnership with all team stakeholders.

· Continuously collect, organize, and evaluate data, incoming requests and feedback to improve the project management strategy.

· Avid learner: uncovers emerging trends, discovers new best practices and methodologies in project management.

· Hands on proficiency in scoping and implementing reputable project management products.

· Broad range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed tactical execution.

· Flexibility in working different roles and working in a fast paced everchanging environment.
