Role: Functional Project Manager

Contract duration: 24 months

Job Details:

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related discipline.

•At least five (5) years of experience in software development/software implementation project management.

•At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT-related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

•12 months or more experience working with a forensic science lab and/or with a statewide laboratory information management system.

•Experience as a Product Owner.

•Change Management and Help Desk Support experience.

•Master’s degree or project management certification.

•At least three (3) years of experience in managing projects with large organizational change management components which also involve working with the stakeholder groups across multiple organizations. 24 months or more working within a highly matrixed environment.

•12 months or more experience working with a forensic science lab and/or with a statewide laboratory information management system.
