Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document group benefits requirements.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Design and architect functional solutions that enhance the group benefits experience for clients and customers.

Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver a positive user experience.

Recommend and implement process improvements and enhancements to optimize the group benefits experience.

10 + years of proven experience as a Functional Architect or similar role, specifically within the group benefits domain.

• Experience in project management/ portfolio management

Location: 100% Remote, United States (100% Remote)

• 5+ years’ experience in software development lifecycle concepts and testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of current technology, industry concepts, trends, and directions

• Ability to manage resolution of problems (both functionally within projects and interpersonally

• Excellent problem analysis skills with development and support for project work.

Participate in release management activities, ensuring that software releases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand system requirements and specifications for fintech projects.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate system behavior, usability, and adherence to business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Functional QA, Software QA Engineer, or similar role in the fintech or financial services industry.

Defect management in agile environments.

Set test criteria and business requirement analysis.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with STB devices (roku , chromecast, xbox).

Define quality strategy, quality processes and the best practices in agile environments.

Ideate, implement, maintain and reinforce high-quality standards that allow the application to be reusable and scalable.

•At least five (5) years of experience in software development/software implementation project management.

•Change Management and Help Desk Support experience.

•Master’s degree or project management certification.

•Experience as a Product Owner.

· Flexibility in working different roles and working in a fast paced everchanging environment.
