Answer inbound/ outbound calls responding to general questions and concerns.

Provide positive and friendly customer service.

Perform catalog management maintenance for customer order guides

Offers Sales and Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (phone and email) such as general inquiries, feedback or incidents

Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Answers basic inquiries and resolves basic problems.

Actively re-directs incoming callers to self-service options

Performs proactive outbound follow-up communications, as necessary

Resolves inquiries quickly and effectively with strong customer service skills.

High school diploma plus minimum of one year experience as a Customer Service Representative, in the insurance industry.

Must illustrate analytical skills to identify, gather and organize information.

Must be able to perform accurate data entry.

Acts as the first line of phone contact with the Company, answering 75 to 100 calls per day.

Effectively services the business, including resolving agents' inquiries, complaints, and requests and acts as liaison with underwriting, billing, etc
