Experience with the principals of document indexing and management (document types, document group types, keywords, autofill keyword sets)

Experience with using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, create, edit, formula management)

2+ years of experience with gathering business requirements and implementing projects or procedures based upon those requirements

Facilitating all requirement - gathering activities

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience with presenting complex technical solutions to business in a digestible and understandable manner

Prefer experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefits Management and/or Ancillary Benefits Management, workers’ compensation and/or insurance industry.

Assist the Project Manager with monitoring project scope, feasibility assessment and contingency plans, constraints, schedules, issues, approvals, and communication management.

Conducts analysis of business and user needs, requirements documentation, and existing system logic difficulty revision as necessary.

Ability to understand client needs and pain points to recommend requirements in DHS data systems.

Utilize DHS Maestro tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Big Picture, etc.) and DHS MS Teams.

Assist with redesigning business processes.

Utilize process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

Studies business functions; gathers information; evaluates data input and output requirements and formats

Designs new/updated data definitions by analyzing requirements; constructing data flow/system charts and diagrams; writing data specifications

Works with Analytics teams to ensure data meets reporting requirements and supports gathering of data for KPI’s

Participates in project teams by participating in requirements & design efforts

Manages and communicates project and support activities

Knowledge of analytical tools R or Python a plus

Should have a mix of strong technical knowledge and business acumen.
