Greets guests; performs front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and processing of charges and adjustments.
Represent the hotel with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, with a service focused approach and a caring, sincere attitude.
Completes end-of-duty shift report documenting shift events and alerting overnight and next-day staff of any necessary updates or alerts.

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar guest service position as a supervisor or manager.

Have knowledge of room locations, room types, locations and descriptions of all of our outlets.
Operate simple office equipment, keeping it in working order, if not in working order, notify manager and Systems department.
Education High School Diploma required.
