Write inspiring creative briefs and brief in-house teams or partner agencies to develop the content/experience needed to bring channels to life

Evaluate websites and other digital experiences based on qualitative design/functionality assessments as well as quantitative performance metrics

10 years’ experience in either content, social media or digital strategy

Experience with website development (have participated from a strategic perspective in a website development/redesign project)

Work with the account team to lead engagement strategy responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities for account growth

6-8 years’+ experience in digital/engagement strategy, multichannel marketing strategy, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding problem-solving skillset and ability to take on new concepts and strategies

Experience in reading and interpreting data and providing recommendations

Be integral to lead new business pursuits
