Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, offering your design expertise to create compelling presentations and proposals for potential clients.

Craft and deliver captivating technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the innovative capabilities of our design solutions.

Ensures and provides HKS brand stewardship, guidelines, and management

Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Prototyping and Drupal experience an asset.

Support HKS digital asset management system.

Experience in higher education or public policy a plus.

Manages time effectively and set stakeholder expectation while working on multiple projects

A minimum of 8 years of professional design experience in integrated, cross-channel marketing communications.

Experience supporting government or government contractor, education technology design projects (a plus)

Exhibit exceptional, team-facing communication skills

Bachelor's degree, certificate or relevant experience in Graphic Design or related field preferred for experience

4+ years of experience in graphic design

Experience developing a brand look and feel

Strong communication, conceptual thinking and typography skills as it applies to layout and design

Strong time management skills, with the ability to set and communicate expectations with team members and stakeholders

Familiarity with Asana, Trello, or similar project management programs a plus

Manage multiple projects and timelines, to ensure deadlines are met.

6+ years experience in design or in a related field.

Portfolio or work samples, showing breadth and depth of experience

Brand strategy and development experience a plus

Work collaboratively with internal customers to ensure clear understanding of messaging needs, requirements and expectations.

Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SnagIt or comparable programs, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Experienced in determining client needs and proposing practical solutions

Experienced and confident in presenting ideas to executives, internal customers and colleagues

Experienced in designing and maintaining a consistent brand image

Experienced in managing multiple tasks
