Schedules store owners for TUPSS training to ensure understanding of policies, procedures, roles, and responsibilities

Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, V-look ups, database creation/maintenance, etc.) - Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience

Trains and coaches Franchisees in effective pricing of products and service by utilizing financial benchmarks and understanding markup vs margin concepts

Assists in new center build-outs, center remodels, transfer and renewal upgrades to ensure the contractor completes work according to UPS specifications

Gain and maintain knowledge and proficiency in IHOP operational tools, standards, and systems.

2 to 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required, preferably, property and corporate management experience.

Manage front line efforts to drive franchisee satisfaction.

Cultivate effective relationships with franchisees, general managers, WHR associates and acting as a champion for WHR culture.  

Must be able to independently prioritize and schedule multiple responsibilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively present material to various audiences.

Assist the Regional Director of Franchise Operations with problem resolution, onboarding and retention for their portfolio.

Analyzes financial performance and determines deficiencies to coach and train FC’s to become knowledgeable to create plans and adjustments

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience

Observes franchisees, center employees and customers to provide learned practices for better business development needs

Creates action plans for the FC’s to implement and motivate growth for the region

Monitors center compliance and ensure the FC’s take proper steps to protect the brand and assure consistency throughout the network

Master’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred

Minimum of 10 years of Operational Leadership and/or Management experience in the franchising space.

Demonstrated abilities in project management, strategic planning, and multi-level team leadership.

Exceptional management and interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus, conducting effective negotiations, and resolving conflicts.

Demonstrated leadership experience within a franchise structure.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.

Excellent influential, collaborative, and relationship-building skills.

Four years previous restaurant/retail management experience

Little Caesars operation experience (a certified little Caesars training manager or region manager with a proven record of profitability).

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Strong relationship, team building and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Point of Sale system experience.

Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence business owners.

Proven ability to deliver results, effectively influencing decisions through strong negotiation skills.
