Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Staffing ATS and Client Relationship management software is a plus.

Work with leadership to set performance standards, KPI’s, and reporting requirements; Identify key objectives for leaders and ensure they are accomplished.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting. Masters’ degree preferred.

Proven experience in construction leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution and operational management.
