Job Description

Company Overview: We are a national leading sub-contractor company specializing in wood framing and in-house wall panel manufacturing. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge wood solutions and fostering sustainable partnerships in the construction industry with multifamily projects ranging from one hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand square feet. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic COO/Integrator with a proven track record to lead our operations.



Position Overview: The COO/Integrator is a key leadership role that will oversee all operational facets of the organization. This role will ensure all departments and teams work harmoniously, driving the company's vision forward using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) platform. The COO/Integrator will liaise with all teams, ensuring synchronization, efficacy, and consistent growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the key operational leader, collaborating closely with the Visionary/CEO, and ensuring the execution of strategic objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and elevate the quality standards of our products, ensuring they meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Contract Negotiations: Engage in and finalize negotiations with general contractors, ensuring profitable and sustainable subcontracts.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement efficient processes and standards, enhancing productivity and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring continued growth and expansion.
  • EOS Platform Management: Guide the company through the EOS model, ensuring each department integrates the EOS tools and processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring transparency.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain a clear understanding of the company’s financial status, oversee the accounting department, and ensure the company operates within set budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across the company, ensuring performance, cohesion, and alignment with company goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a COO, Integrator, or in a similar executive role.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly wood framing and wall panel manufacturing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the EOS platform.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and vendor management.
