1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or equivalent experience.

2. 3+ years’ work experience in medical devices, consumer products, or the cosmetics industry.

3. Formulation experience in manufacturing in a GMP work environment.

Knowledge of nucleic acid chemistry and biology is a plus

Attain and maintain qualification for the operation of assigned process equipment and duties in the area.

Provide commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness support during project phase.

Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).

Previous experience working in operations/pharmaceutical industry.

Previous experience compounding/formulation in a Grade C environment.

Any deviation from the assigned schedule must be communicated to management, including call-outs

Ability to properly enter cleanrooms, maintain gown certification requirements, and demonstrate proper cleanroom environment behavior – such as aseptic technique

Perform any other tasks as assigned by management or senior leadership

Expertise regarding handling and mixing of chemicals through education and/or experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, math skills, and knowledge of the metric system

Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required
