Actively participate in trainings and educational experiences.

Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.

A Food Runner is a restaurant employee who is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the customer's table. They are also responsible for ensuring that the food is delivered in a timely manner and that it is presented in an attractive manner.

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred

What is Food Runner Responsibilities?

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the customer’s table in a timely manner
• Ensure that the food is presented in an attractive manner
• Follow instructions from the kitchen staff
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Clean and reset tables after customers have finished their meals
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or cleaning the dining area
