Food Runner - The Chocolatier

Help the wait staff set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins.*
Occasionally check on customers to handle any impromptu requests or issues.*
Provide secondary service, serve water to guests and refill beverage glasses as needed, and remove dirty dishes from the table.*
Help ensure food safety regulations are being followed as stated by the Department of Agriculture.*
Help maintain dining room and rest-room cleanliness.*
Perform other duties as assigned.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the customer’s table in a timely manner
• Ensure that the food is presented in an attractive manner
• Follow instructions from the kitchen staff
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Clean and reset tables after customers have finished their meals
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or cleaning the dining area
