Manage aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Astra restaurant and The St. Regis Bar.

Manage aspects of the day-to-day operation of Private Dining.

Communicate to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels.

Ensure that guest service is executed as per brand standards.

Ensure that inventory controls are adhered to.

Ensure that opening and closing duties are followed.

Project Management: Execute projects with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and analysis that supports business needs.

Experience developing analytics or statistical models preferably within a Food and Beverage organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related fields or equivalent work experience.

Visualization and Communication: Create data visualizations to support business recommendations. Understand the audience and develop visualizations that cater to their needs.

Ability to simplify complex problems, synthesize data, and create compelling narratives.

Analyze data, and develop analytic approaches.
