To earn the bonus the following criteria must be met:

• You must be hired as a:
  • Cook – prepare food items for restaurant meals, while following recipes, portioning, cooking and presentation quality standards.
  • Busser* - ensure the dining room is kept in pristine condition.
  • Host - provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests while guiding them to their table.
  • Server* - enhance our guests stay through attentive, personable, and fun service!
  • Set-up Crew - arrange and organize event space for a variety of creative and exciting event themes.
  • Barista* - craft and sell Starbucks beverages and house-made bakery items.
  • Supervisor – Assist our Front-of-House team in training, guest services, and administrative tasks.

• You must complete HR paperwork between 08/15/2023 to 09/25/2023.
• Busser* - ensure the dining room is kept in pristine condition.
• Barista* - craft and sell Starbucks beverages and house-made bakery items.
• Supervisor – Assist our Front-of-House team in training, guest services, and administrative tasks.
• You must cite the current associate's full name on your application.
• Current Associate that referred and you must remain in good standing with the company at time of payout.
• Server* - enhance our guests stay through attentive, personable, and fun service!
• Host - provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests while guiding them to their table.

Bonus Timeline:

$150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 60 days of employment, $200 after 90 days of employment.

• Paid following bi-weekly pay schedule

Starting Rate:$5.05* - $20.00 an hour**

• Tipped position.
