Develop, manage and oversee all policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
Manage departmental budget including preparing budgetary projections for maintenance, repair and fleet purchase/lease.
Manage motor vehicle checks in accordance with University policy. Manage inventory of university drivers and coordination with University auto insurance carrier.
Manage and approve driver time cards, reconcile departmental p-card and pay vouchers.
Manage day to day shuttle operations ensuring vehicle availability and adequate routes and staffing.
Manage relationship with DMV for registration and related activities for new vehicles and vehicles being disposed.
