Vibration Fixture Designer Job Responsibilities:

· Must have a working knowledge of fixture design practices- material selection, weight, GEVS.

· Hands on shop build experience, fixture build, etc.

· Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Design a variety of standard and non-standard fixtures and related tooling.

-3 years of experience of purchasing or inventory management experience

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) experience

-Outstanding oral, written, and listening communication skills

-Create, manage, and build carrier relationships

-Strong ability to independently prioritize, problem-solve, multi-task, and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail

-Building strong working relationships with people in other functions and meets objectives through collaborative effort.

- Proven experience in ERP system implementations, budget management, project coordination, and contract negotiation.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate quotes, assess vendor performance, and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.

- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry-specific procurement processes a plus but not required

4+ years of relevant work experience, with planning and forecasting experience desirable

Provide weekly updates to leadership on Merchandising rollouts, and freight claims

Support Merchandising to drive resolution of open purchase order reports and financial closeout of all Merchandising fixture rollouts

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or eight years of related experience is required.

Mathematical skills including algebra, trigonometry, and geometry are required.

Solidworks Associate certification is strongly preferred.

Experience using Smartsheet is a plus.

Create, design and layout all custom fixtures, test and inspection equipment, and assembly devices.

Conceptualize and generate designs, detailed drawings, and models using Solidworks software.

Support Clinical Project Managers in reconciling invoices against contract milestones and collaborate with accounts payable to resolve outstanding invoices

Ensure all activities are compliant with finance, procurement, and applicable R&D standard operating procedures (SOPs)

At least 2 years of prior administrator/accounts payable experience in the pharmaceutical/academia/CRO environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

Administer contracts within the CDO, including routing contracts for approvals and filing in the Ariba system

Aware of each internal department’s responsibilities and apply that to manage how conditions are addressed.

Manage, monitor & report risks that may be encountered and be proactive with identifying potential issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Provide critical and analytical thinking and strong decision-making capabilities to identify problems, propose creative solutions and escalate as necessary.

Complete understanding of all mortgage documentation, knowledge and importance of TRID and RESPA federal statutes
