At least five years of professional experience supporting operations and/or project management work in a non-profit or education-focused organization

Supervise budget staff that provides managerial and administrative support for Graduate School fiscal affairs

Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to design and manage complex team and divisional budgets

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analytic strategies and programs

10+ years of relevant leadership/management responsibilities within a real estate firm.

Executive-level management experience (5+ years).

Strong management and organizational skills

Work alongside CEO to actively engage with accounting, leasing, development and property management teams

Actively engage with and oversee accounting, legal, development, and asset management professionals.

The Director of Finance Operations Manufacturing

Monthly review, analysis and coordination with Plant Controller of key reserve requirements

Oversee Procurement Finance from a manufacturing

Month-end close of the manufacturing costs [COGS, Operational variances, efficiencies, inventory, etc.]

Assist Operations/Warehouse teams on risks and opportunities to drive inventory accuracy

Ability to multitask with good time management skills to meet multiple reporting deadlines

Review management fee and waterfall calculations

Oversee and manage third-party fund administrator

Assist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill fund operations, reporting requirements and responding to inquiries from investors

Monitor liquidity and manage capital calls, facilitate distributions, and review wires

5-7 years of experience within public and private accounting

The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or other related field
