Job Description

We have been exclusively engaged by a $200M private-equity backed healthcare services firm HQ in South Florida, to identify their next Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a NEWLY CREATED role due to growth. This role can be FULLY REMOTE if one is willing to travel to FL as needed.


The Manager FP&A will report to the CFO and be responsible for financial planning processes and business decisions through the performing of financial analysis, modeling, data analytics and reporting.


This is an amazing opportunity for an FP&A leader who wants to work directly with a highly experienced CFO to launch and build a professional FP&A function in this large and growing healthcare services firm!


Target compensation $160-175K base plus annual bonus and amazing benefits array.


Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, business planning, and performance management of business growth opportunities (e.g., new practices, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)
  • Create reports for KPIs, including business performance, dynamic capacity planning, utilization, and market analytics
  • Develop strong understanding of the operations and processes to creatively identify analytics and Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") that lead to performance and operational improvement
  • Lead the annual budget process, reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting activities


Qualifications

  • PE Backed Healthcare industry experience required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience with current responsibilities of FP&A, financial modeling, or data analytics activities
  • Experience analyzing financial and business operational data together for greater insights
  • Proficiency with Sage Intaact and Power BI would be highly desired
  • Exposure to M&A transactions preferred
