Field Technical Service Representative Jobs in Ohio

Experience communicating professionally with customers and upper management on project status

Working knowledge of safety requirements while working on low voltage systems

Gather site POC signatures of approval on work and update management on progress

Forklift experience with Active OSHA-approved forklift driver certification

Assist in scheduling, communicating and coordinating installation to meet contract requirements

Provide local stakeholders and senior managers clear and timely updates on current installation status

Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with retail store sales staff and management

Train Dick’s Sporting Goods associates on our technical running styles, field of play product and lifestyle offerings

Train the Road Runner Sports team on our technical running offerings.

Two to three years of retail or sales experience required and athletic participation a plus.

Excellent communication & presentation skills are required.
