Experienced investigator & interviewer with completed certifications.

Manage processes and systems remotely.

Manage and ensure all physical security standards are in place and communicate any risk exposures to Home Office Loss Prevention partners.

Manage the execution and ongoing maintenance of the shrink reduction and LP awareness programs and measure results.

Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Manages all physical & building security needs in partnership with Supervisor.

2+ years of retail Loss Prevention experience

Must successfully complete Kohl's internal interview certification process

Provides consistent coaching & recognition to motivate hourly LP team to achieve external productivity goals
