Skills and Abilities Necessary to be Considered Successful:
*Assists employees with questions and issues pertaining to Human Resources policies and procedures. Refers to Manager when necessary.
Performs other assignments as directed by HR Manager.
Three [3] to five [5] years previous HR Generalist experience is required
*Updates HRIS system and employee files to reflect employee status changes and new hires electronically and paper.
*Initiates employee performance appraisal program and log their return and enter into HR Information System
