Accurate data entry in production tracking software.

Previous animation office or project experience.

Highly organized, resourceful and diligent with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Coordinate and schedule production meetings.

Attend production meetings and take notes.

Prepare binders for voice recordings and take notes in sessions if needed.

Minimum 5 years of experience producing and editing features, and original long form content.

High level experience in editing, writing, and storytelling.

Experience in outlining, conceptualizing, writing, and driving creative production to the finished product.

Experience in field producing and interviewing subjects/athletes.

Experience producing voice over talent.

Experience working and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Manage and process storyboards using Flix. Also import layout, animation, and lighting shots.

3-5 years experience in animation editorial.

Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail.

Strong teammate with good interpersonal and interpersonal skills.

After Effects, Photoshop, ProTools experience a plus.

Maintain Avid project and keep files organized.

Excellent project management, organization and communication skills

Communicate project timelines and manage project expectations from assignment to delivery with manager

Assist with other assignments as deemed by manager as needed

5+ years of experience in post-production environment using non-linear editing applications

Experience editing long-form features and docu-series with applications such as Adobe Premiere or AVID

Experience working with Adobe’s creative software including After Effects, Photoshop and Media Encoder
