Detailed Job Description The Farm Resource Assistant is responsible for providing support to farmers and agricultural businesses in the areas of resource management, production, and marketing. This includes providing technical assistance, conducting research, and providing educational materials. The Farm Resource Assistant will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase production and profitability. Additionally, the Farm Resource Assistant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
