Manage volunteer and program data entry for NAMI Virginia and it’s 14 affiliates:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of NAMI Virginia’s Adult and Family programs including NAMI signature programs and any non-signature programs.

Collaborate with the Educational Support Coordinator to host program refresher events for NAMI signature program volunteers.

Assist with virtual education opportunities like podcasts, presentations, workshops, panels, etc. as needed.

Develop and research guidance on educational programs to assist affiliates with delivery.

8-12 years of public/private accounting experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Booking K-1s and preparation or review of work papers

Accounting and Excel savvy – Templates, VLOOKUP’s, Macro, migrating information

Book journey entries including transfer of assets and noncash distribution.

Oversee monthly reporting for the Principal

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management

3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer skills required knowledge of Microsoft office suite

Knowledge of current entertainment, recreation and leisure trends within the cruising and land based entertainment and vacation experiences.

Working knowledge of personal computers within a Windows environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Serve as a resource for the Utilization Management program and clinical guideline applications

Basic budgeting and finance principles.

Participate in continuing education opportunities including agency in-service training, professional seminars, workshops, conferences, etc.

Experience in hiring, supervising and budgeting is strongly desired

5 years of experience working with at-risk youth

Ensure staff and programs of oversight achieve assigned agency goals.

Ensure compliance with all FBCH|OMC, COA, DJJ, DCF, CBC, DOE standards.

Oversee the collection of all available third-party payments and service fees in assigned geographical area.

2-3 years of prior experience installing large scale event lighting displays at a similar location

High school diploma or GED equivalency

Demonstrated ability to install a professional lights display

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions to install a professional lights

Pay Range: $29.92 – 30.66/hour, depending on qualifications

· Research trends in museum education, youth & family programming, and audience profiles and needs.

· Experience building relationships and collaborative programming.

· Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Knowledge of adolescent and adult learning styles, educational psychology, educational methods, teaching strategies, classroom management, direct instruction, and group facilitation techniques

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Direct and supervise the daily operations of the parent education staff and programs including parenting, health, and leadership development skills programs

Serve as member Family Partnership’s Management Team to steer decisions of center, and to accomplish center-wide programs/goals

Minimum 3 years work experience working with youth and/or adults in an alternative education setting

Knowledge of various formal parent education curricula (e.g. The Nurturing Program, Parents as Teachers, etc.)
