Overview A Facilities Property Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the physical property of a company or organization. This includes overseeing the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. The Facilities Property Manager is also responsible for managing the budget for the property and ensuring that all costs are kept within the budget. Detailed Job Description The Facilities Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the physical property of the company or organization. This includes managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. The Facilities Property Manager is also responsible for managing the budget for the property and ensuring that all costs are kept within the budget. Additionally, the Facilities Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the hiring and training of staff, as well as ensuring that all staff are properly trained and certified in their respective areas.
