Facilities Project Planner Jobs

Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management.

Experience in using project management tools (e.g., Blue Beam, AutoCAD/Revit).

The successful candidate will support the Project Team by coordinating and participating in project management processes and documentation.

Assist project management staff member in planning and coordinating project committee meetings and preparing contract documents and project document tracking.

Maintain electronic project folders and update drawings as requested by project management staff.

Demonstrated knowledge of project delivery methods (e.g., Design-bid-build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Job-order-contracting, Design Build).

Enhance project management experience by continuous review and improvement of systems, processes, and procedures to drive efficiencies

Expert knowledge of project management planning process, principles, budget, schedule and risk management

Strong contractual negotiation and vendor management skills

Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work styles locally and geographically

Team management and team leader

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners vendor partners and Site Facilities Manager.

Compile budget spreadsheets and variance reports for Director, Senior Project Managers and Vice President.

An Associate’s degree with prior work experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Project, Procore, Microsoft Office, or AutoCAD is a plus. Can also educate on all as well.

The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations vary.

This Assistant Facilities Project Manager will be responsible to:

Prepare correspondences, contracts and other written vehicles as requested.

Professional experience in managing remote workforces and multi-site employers is required.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience doing scheduling with Primavera P6 is required.

A high school diploma is required, while post-secondary education is preferred.

As a Planner/Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating interactive planning sessions with project teams to create workflow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans.

Analyzing resource loading and craft productivity to identify potential impacts on project schedules.

Ideal candidate should have planning experience

· Remote: Monday and Friday

• Manage break-ins to ensure projects are accurately added to the project portfolio.

• Monitor construction contractors’ schedules to ensure they align with Chevron standards (schedule requirements).

• 5 years of Experience working in an Industrial Maintenance / Project environment.

• Strong collaboration and people skills with the ability to work with a diverse workforce.

Two Senior Positions Require 10 years+ experience in Oil/Gas/Energy

One Junior Position requires 2-5 years Gas Project experience

Must have a Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree from an accredited college for all positions.

US Citizenship or Green card Required.

A minimum of 5 years of Facilities or General Construction Project Management and/or Facilities Management or Property Portfolio Management experience required.

Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.

Management of a multi-million-dollar annual Capital Budget.

Routine collaboration with International Facilities and Global Real Estate management for support and alignment on project support across global portfolio.

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Facilities or Architectural Engineering, Corporate Real Estate, or Project Management preferred.

Proficient in understanding management agreements and construction contract language.
