Missiles and Fire Control’s Integrated Air & Missile Defense Line of Business (LOB) is seeking a Facilities Program Planner to support all aspects of facilities administration and occupancy for IAMD. This position reports to the Vice President, PAC-3 Programs.
The position will serve as the primary point of contact for Program facility needs and closely coordinate with the Facilities Representative supporting IAMD. The position will be responsible for ensuring all Program needs (i.e., office space, lab space, building safety, building maintenance, etc.) are reported and documented appropriately for Facilities action. Locations of responsibility will include Arlington Center (Arlington, Texas), Building 60 (Grand Prairie, Texas) and other locations as needed. The position will coordinate with program employees and other functional groups as required for facilities issues that impact daily program operations such as building safety, large group moves, identification and assignment of office space, etc.
Other responsibilities include:
Assisting in preparation of Program usage and forecast reports using the Equipment List and Space Requirements tool (ELSR)
Analyzing ELSR data for reporting to Program management and Facilities with suggested actions
Allocation of office space to program and functional support based on ELSR.
Performing regular audits of LMBuildings to ensure space assignment accuracy.
Ensuring proper seat assignment based on group code
Analyzing need and recommending hoteling office location and quantity.
Coordinating with Facilities on changes in cube allocation
Ensuring cubicles are labeled accurately with current name tags.
Liaison with Facilities representative on Program construction projects (labs, new office builds).
Working with IT to ensure IT equipment is up to date and functioning properly (conference rooms, printers, etc.).
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the buildings
Identifying areas of improvement and implementing a correction plan.
Attending Facilities meetings
Training and being a resource on Facilities tools and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Team oriented with a demonstrated organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
Experienced at managing multiple concurrent projects to meet assigned deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and proven communication skills
Able to work with all levels of management
Self-motivated
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Facilities tools and processes
Knowledge of IAMD programs and/or personnel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
