Job Description

We are searching for a proficient candidate who can apply their expertise and abilities to establish and manage construction plans and schedules for industrial projects throughout all phases of the project life cycle. While utilizing Interactive Planning and other cooperative planning methods, you will work in conjunction with project teams to maintain a strong safety culture. Your active involvement will be indispensable for the company's growth and prosperity, as you establish firm connections with both internal and external clients.



As a Planner/Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:


  • Analyzing resource loading and craft productivity to identify potential impacts on project schedules.
  • Maintaining an expert level of knowledge in Primavera P6, with a focus on activity coding, resource loading, and managing multiple schedules, baselines, and data import/export processes.
  • Conducting routine site visits as part of the progress updating and monitoring process.
  • Ensuring planning information is integrated into the schedule and aligns with client expectations.
  • Facilitating interactive planning sessions with project teams to create workflow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans.
  • Developing and maintaining craft loading plans, tracking physical percent complete, craft productivity, and key commodity curves.
  • Managing planning and scheduling interfaces between us and supporting engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and owner plans.
  • Providing expert support for proposal development.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience doing scheduling with Primavera P6 is required.
  • Professional experience in managing remote workforces and multi-site employers is required.
  • A high school diploma is required, while post-secondary education is preferred.
