Facilities Maintenance Tech Sr Jobs in Iowa

Drive compliance with the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) programs.

Prepare regular and timely progress reports, detailing progress against plans and budgets for circulation to management.

Manage operating status, planned and unplanned outages for all systems, facilities, and utilities.

Engineering degree or the equivalent in experience.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and detailed way, ensuring timescales, budgets and detailed requirements are monitored and achieved.

Must possess a thorough working knowledge of facilities infrastructure, building management systems, building codes, governing agency requirements, materials, and standards

Project management capabilities with proven successful experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management

Leadership and vendor management experience

Demonstrates effective leadership and people management skills including performance management, career development and coaching

Knowledge and use of facilities management software
