Facilities Maintenance Tech Sr Jobs in California

Experience with Facilities Management of hospital, healthcare, laboratory and research & development experience highly preferred.

Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients. Reviews various budget reports for multiple facilities.

Produces and maintains various facility management reports.

Coordinates management of capital projects.

4+ years customer facing technical support experience

Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity

Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code

Ability to explain solutions to complex technical problems

Personal commitment to quality and customer service

Ability to speak and read Portuguese desired, but not required

Knowledge and experience with Windows based applications such as: MSOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and various internet browsers.

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience

Marketing development and call center supervisory experience preferred
