Facilities Maintenance Tech Sr Jobs in Massachusetts

Experience with building management systems controls (i.e. air, water, gas, boiler, etc.)

Project Management (PMP) or Facilities Management (FMP or CFM) certification

Supporting the negotiations and management of facility maintenance contracts

Manage the installation, repair and operation of all facility equipment such as Air handling units, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, Air compressors.

Identifying and implementing effective commissioning and validation, and supporting the development, qualification

BS Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar) with 5+ years of facilities experience
