Culinary - Experienced Cooks (Senior Cook, Chef Assistant)

Must have knowledge of cooking processes; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years of high-volume experience as a Line Cook required.
Two to three years, high volume experience as a Senior Cook or Line Cook required.
Performs cooking duties and related production functions. Ensures high food quality level that meets Universal Orlando standards.
Maintains a clean work area and immediate surrounding area. Ensures compliance of the State of Florida’s HACCP program.
Performs other duties as assigned.
