Interface positively with other departments, offering assistance when needed.
License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: ACF certification preferred Serve safe food handlers' certification.
Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
Communicate all product needs to the Executive pastry chef.

Job Description of Experienced Pastry Cook:

The Experienced Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts. They must have a strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, as well as a creative eye for presentation. The Experienced Pastry Cook must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
