Must have prior experience with CCC1

Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures

Develop and maintain best practices for key milestones, meetings/check-ins, scheduling, project updates, finance management/budgets, and other related project documentation

A minimum of 6+ years of project management experience within a PR or advertising/creative agency or consulting company

Works closely with account and management team with minimal oversight for delivery on large complex deliverables, work streams and sub workstreams

Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeable with high-level executives internally and externally

Help team manage on-boarding process

Demonstrate a strong understanding of team roles and responsibilities and new hire process

Partner with Collision Manager to establish targets for quality, speed and cost in line with customer and business needs

Partner with Collision Manager to scale and grow the production of the shop in support of company targets

Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision Manager to support business.

7-10 years Collision technical aptitude or experience is preferred

Prior leadership experience in a collision-focused industry preferred.

Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals.

High School Diploma or GED

Ensure DRP accounts are managed properly and update any changes or reviews are communicated to Regional staff

Ensure the center is qualified to meet the requirements of our OE/ Insurer and I-CAR partners

You have a HS or GED; Post-secondary education in collision repair preferred

You have experience in auto repair industry or managing a team

You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures

You have strong analytical and coordination capabilities; capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking.

Previous Management (GM, GSM, Sales Manager) experience in RV, Automotive, Powersport, Motorsport, Marine, or other related industry required

Previous Management Experience in RV, Automotive, Powersport, or Other Related Industry Required.

Excellent verbal and written communication and managerial skills

Hiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales training

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the RV industry or comparable experience is highly preferred
