Experienced Bartender For Private Country Club Jobs in Florida

Provide technical support to all management and staff regarding the systems.

Must be based in Miami - no relocation offered.

This role is not a hybrid or remote position and will require being on property 40+ hours a week

Manage accounts payable (AP) and collaborate with the General Manager (GM) to approve bills on a weekly basis using bill.com.

Manage the petty cash fund.

Manage access to different systems.

Reports complaints to a manager as they occur.

Two years of bartending experience preffered.

Stocks bar and completes other pre-opening requirements.

Skilled at slowing and refusing alcoholic beverage service when necessary.

Complies with basic safety and sanitation requirements.

Basic knowledge of club’s POS system or comparable POS system preferred.

Must have complete product knowledge and be prepared to offer suggestions to enhance guest’s experience.

Perform all clean up and closing duties as assigned by manager.

When experiencing idle time, offer assistance in the dining room with cocktail orders, wine-opening, clearing, resetting tables, etc.
