Job Description of an Expense Coordinator The Expense Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s expenses and ensuring that all expenses are properly documented and accounted for. The Expense Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and reconciling all expenses, preparing expense reports, and ensuring that all expenses are in compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least two years of experience in accounting or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
