Build and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders and executive assistants within the business to ensure executive interview scheduling is prioritized appropriately

Handle confidential business and personnel information, and time critical material with the utmost tact and discretion

Proficient in effective requisition management with meticulous attention to detail and acceptable data integrity.

Experienced managing multiple hiring managers simultaneously.

Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Responsible for executing recruitment for the Renewables Segment for Primoris, which is described as; sourcing applicant, applicant-to-candidate, candidate-to-interview, candidate-to-offer.

Proficient in high-volume sourcing, qualifying, presenting and scheduling candidates with the hiring managers.

Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience by meticulous follow-through and follow-up during recruitment stages.
